1 cup Old Fashioned Oats

1/4 t Kosher Salt
1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/4 cup Chocolate Morsels
1/4 Walnuts or Pecans (Chopped)
(Toasting is Optional)

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until firm. Transfer to cookie racks or waxed paper to cool.
** I also doubled this recipe!
These are so good!! I let cookies cool completely, and placed two to a baggie and placed in an air-tight container in the freezer. I am able to grab them when I want them and they are ready, and fresh!
