21 Day Fix Pizza

Here is an incredibly EASY way to enjoy pizza and not feel guilty about it! It's light, delicious and here is a great pizza combo.

Using the containers from the 21 Day Fix, this is the breakdown.

1 YEL LOW (tortilla) 1/2 GREEN(Sauce) 1/2 PURPLE(Pineapple) 1 BLUE(cheese) 1 RED(Turkey Bacon)

 

Here's What You'll Need:

•(2) 6 inch Whole Wheat Tortillas

•Pizza Sauce (recipe to follow)

•Shredded Low-Moisture

Mozzarella Cheese

•Fresh Cut Pineapple

•4 Slices Turkey Bacon, cooked & chopped

 

What to do:

Preheat oven to 325 Degrees F.

 

Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and put 2-3 Tablespoons of sauce on each one.

Spread sauce to edges, use more if needed. 

Sprinkle 1/2 cheese on each tortillas.

Top with pineapple & chopped turkey bacon.

 

Cook for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted, and the egdes are lightly browned. 

 

Enjoy!

 

Great to go along side a small salad or as a quick snack!

 

 

 

 

Pizza Sauce

 

 

 

The Easiest Sauce Ever!

1 small can 8 oz. 

tomato sauce

 

1/2 t. of EACH:

Kosher Salt

Pepper

Garlic Powder

Italian Seasoning

 

Stir well, and use.
